Vintage 1960s Carhartt Michigan Chore Jacket – Union Made In USA – Blanket Lined
Ultra-rare original Carhartt chore coat from the 1960s, made in the USA and union-crafted (UGWA tag intact). A true piece of American workwear history — nearly impossible to find in Australia, and harder still with this level of authenticity and character.
Crafted from heavyweight duck canvas in naturally sun-faded tan, with striped wool-blend blanket lining and a worn-in brown corduroy collar. Brass Carhartt-branded hardware and stitched chest logo patch (faded but visible). Beautiful distressing throughout — frayed pocket, softened edges you can’t replicate.
